How long is processing time?
Fern and Arrow co. aims to ship out between 1-2 business days. If there are any delays, Fern and Arrow co. will notify each customer regarding the delay.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on where you are located and what shipping
option you chose at checkout.
Shipping rates are as follows:
CANADA:
Oversized Lettermail (no tracking, will notify when shipped)- $4.00
Stnadars shipping with tracking (not insured)- 1-2 Business days- $20.00
UNITED STATES:
Standard International- 4-10 Business Days- $22.00
REST OF THE WORLD
Economy International- 20 to 60 Business Days- $15.00

What happens if my item gets lost or is being returned due to an incomplete address?
Please contact us at fernandarrowco@gmail.com and we will assist you. If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
If you select Oversized Lettermail- Untracked Shipping and package gets lost, Fern and Arrow co. is not responsible to refund the order or provide replacement.

What types of metals do you use for your earrings?
All earrings are hypoallergenic and nickel free. Gold pieces are either gold plated or gold filled. Silver is sterling silver.
Some earring styles will have raw brass, gold, or silver findings.
What is adhering the earring posts?
Your earring posts are secure thanks to UV resin, this is a lengthy process but makes the earring posts the most secure. Many jewelry makers use this and it is safe to use and will not irritate your ears.
